Another concern that has been expressed is the possibility, and in some countries, the probability, that their letter or courier package may be open by the authorities.

At any of these Customer Contact Centers you may bring your original documents and present them to an authorized Capital Conservator representative who will copy them, which will avoid the necessity of notarisation or shipping and the privacy risks they incur.
