1- How does it work?
Basically we offer online private international trust accounts from which you are able to send and receive bank wire transfers, fund a private and secure Maestro/Cirrus ATM card, no name ATM card, or pre-paid MC debit card to withdraw cash from an ATM or use to purchase goods and services online or at any point of sale. From a trust account with us, our clients can open trust brokerage accounts to trade and invest online with absolute privacy.
We also provide offshore company/trust formation. All accounts & services are managed 100% online.

2- How to open an account?

After that, you will have a list of account levels displayed as well as offshore company options that you can add-on to your account. Select whichever account/company best suits your needs, and a total price will be displayed on your cart. If the payment method selected was other than PayPal, we will send you instructions on how to proceed once you submit the order. We HIGHLY recommend using PayPal for fastest and secure payment. 4- What are the payment methods available?

5- I have a PayPal account, how do I proceed to pay?

6- How long does it take?
This depends on several things such as payment method, documentation submitted, if it meets our standards, and courier selected. We normally process documentation within 1 to 2 banking days of receipt.

12- Are you a bank?
No, we are not a bank. Capital Conservator Group includes several trust companies, fiduciary companies, and registered financial service providers and offers trust banking accounts. Our accounts are only with licensed and regulated banks and brokerages.
13- Where are your banking partners located?
We work with several Banks in different jurisdictions including Cyprus, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Pacific (Bank names are exclusive information for our customers).
14- Do you accept checks or physical money deposits?
No, account funding can only be done via bank wire transfer.
15- How do I know my funds are safe with you?
Your funds are at your disposition 24/7. If you wish to take your funds out, you can request an outgoing wire transfer to any bank of your choice worldwide. All our accounts are with fully regulated Banks and brokerages and our trust companies are fully registered financial service providers in New Zealand. Additionally, CC has been providing trust banking services for more than 5 years.
16- What happens if I do not fund the minimum required balance within 30 business days of having my account active?
25 units fee of the account currency will be charged per month for USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, AUD, CAD, NZD and SGD. The minimum fee for all other currencies is the equivalent of EUR25.
17- Do you have a gold/precious metals physical storage?
Yes, we are able to hold gold and silver in the name of one of our companies held in trust for our clients at a major licensed and insured gold repository. We also offer private precious metals storage in safe deposit boxes known only to CC. You can store your physical precious metals in one of our CC safe deposit boxes, or arrange for CC to secure a box exclusively for your own use.
18- Can I accept PayPal payments with my CC account?
Unfortunately you cannot fund your account via PayPal, bank wire transfer is the only possible method for account funding.
19- Do you have an representative program?
CC has a very lucrative representative program which continues to pay commissions for all clients secured by the representative for CC for so long as the representative continues to actively promote CC.
